Our 36 tap handles enable us to feature many of our outstanding Alaskan owned breweries; several have won awards.

The massive fire deck oven is produced in Bellingham, Washington by Wood Stone, weighs in at a whopping 5700 pounds, has a cooking area of 22 sq ft and can produce 95-120 16" pizzas an hour.

The floor of a Wood Stone oven is a single piece of high temperature refractory cast to a 4" thickness. Traditional deck ovens use a tile floor that is 2" thick or less and cook with a closed door, making it necessary for the chef to open the door to check on cooking progress. Our oven is designed to operate with an open doorway at all times. The curve of the upper dome and the mass of the stone assures that heat will be retained inside and allow the chef to keep an eye on the cooking progress.
